Sarah is currently based in Victoria BC, Canada. You can find her teaching and practicing with the community at MA Wellness & Yoga mawellnessandyoga.ca

Regular Class: Fridays 4:30-5:30pm Vinyasa Flow

Sarah is also a guest faculty member at Yoga for Every Body/Brighton Studio in Tokyo, Japan.

Sarah recently completed a Masters by Research degree in Storytelling, at the University of Chester, England.

Sarah Cutfield is a dedicated yoga student and teacher, with special focuses in mantra, mythology, and philosophy. Sarah began practicing yoga in her family's basement more than 20 years ago and it quickly became a full-blown passion! She explores the practice of yoga as a moving meditation and infuses her classes with devotion, philosophy and strong sequencing. Sarah has been a story-teller since childhood and weaves her love of mythology and language into her class offerings, encouraging students to explore and embody the principles of the practice from the inside out.

Sarah is known for her clarity, her ability to make philosophy accessible, relevant and personal, and her keen attention to student's individual growth and development.

An educator since 2009 and a teacher trainer since 2015, Sarah is committed to empowering students and co-creating transformational, experiential learning. She is E-RYT 500, YACEP and has Advanced Certification with Jivamukti Yoga. Sarah spent 6 years as the lead faculty for Semperviva Yoga’s 200 Hour Teacher Training.  Along with leading immersions in mantra + mythology and physical assisting, she teaches vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga.
