Theming is at the heart of your class – it is its motivation, purpose, and driving influence. Taking the threads of yogic philosophy and mythology and weaving them together with physicality creates inspiring and impactful class experiences, that are rooted in tradition and relevant to contemporary practitioners.
This immersion is an opportunity for teachers to get deeper in to the “why” and “how” of thematic design, integration, and delivery. Build clarity, intention, creativity, and confidence! You will enhance and elevate your understanding of yogic philosophy and mythology, and gain practical tools and techniques that you can put into your teaching right away. This course will focus on yoga philosophy and mythology as an important traditional foundation for sourcing class themes that create deeper understanding in yogic knowledge for both students and teachers.
This highly practical program includes interactive exercises, discussion and q&a.
