Join me for this 5 night drop-in series of explorations in slowing down, releasing tension and surrendering in to deep rest. A yin yoga practice will be followed by a fully guided and extended savasana.
Classes will be recorded and participants will receive a download link after practice.

How Do I Register for Class?
Submit your donation through PayPal (paypal.me/sarahcutfield) or e-transfer (sarahcutfieldyoga@gmail.com) before 6:45pm pst each Thursday in July.
A unique Zoom link and password will be emailed to you no later than 45min before class begins.
What Do I Need for Class?
Comfortable clothes to move in, and any props you might already have at home. Pillows and towels will work, and you do not need a mat for Yin-style practice, although it is suggested. Socks/layers are recommended.
What Style of Physical Practice is class?
Yin Yoga primarily targets connective tissue, such as fascia, and is characterized by long, passive, floor-based holds supported by props. Options and modifications will be offered through-out class.
