We will:
- Experiment with linking breath and movement together
- Play with sun salutation variations to cultivate ease and stamina
- Practice transitioning smoothly from posture to posture (including preparing to jump forward, jump back and jump through)
- Break down and examine foundational poses like chaturanga dandasana in more detail (including modifications)
